We use enquiry information to understand the requested glass service, check whether an independent glazier may be available, contact you about your request, refer the enquiry to a suitable partner where you have consented, prevent spam and maintain platform records.

3. Sharing with independent glaziers

Glass Network is a connection platform. If a suitable independent glazier is available and you have agreed to the referral, we may share relevant contact and job details with that business so it can contact you. The glazier then handles its own customer relationship and should explain its own privacy practices. We do not sell enquiry details as a mailing list.

4. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to enquiry information should be limited to people who need it to operate the service.
