Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 November 2026. Draft policy: obtain Australian legal review before publication.

1. About Glass Network

Glass Network operates a quote-connection platform. We collect service enquiries and may refer them to independent glazier businesses that may be able to assist. Glass Network is not a glazing contractor, manufacturer, installer or repairer.

2. Independent businesses

Any glazier introduced through the platform operates independently. The business is responsible for contacting you, inspecting the site, preparing its quote, confirming availability, obtaining any required approvals, performing the work and providing its own warranties or guarantees.

3. Quotes and agreements

All pricing, scope, measurements, materials, scheduling, payment, cancellation, workmanship and warranty arrangements are agreed directly between you and the independent business. Review the written quote and the business's credentials, insurance and terms before accepting work.

4. No guarantee of availability

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a partner is available, will contact you, will accept the job or will provide a quote. Any rating threshold is a partner-selection criterion and does not guarantee future performance or a particular outcome.

5. No performance of physical work

Glass Network does not carry out, manage or supervise glazing work and does not control the independent business's methods, staff, materials or schedule. To the extent permitted by law, Glass Network is not responsible for the independent business's acts, omissions, quote, workmanship or contractual obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Customer information

You must provide accurate contact and job information and have authority to submit details about the property. You agree that, where you provide the required consent, Glass Network may share relevant enquiry information with a suitable independent glazier for the purpose of responding to your request. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Safe use

Do not handle broken, loose or unstable glass to prepare a quote. Keep people away from damaged areas and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance where safety is at risk. The website is not an emergency response service.

8. Website information

Content is general information only. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, technical specification, building advice or professional safety advice. Service availability and suitability must be confirmed by the independent business.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform changes. For a question about these terms, use the website enquiry form and identify your message as a terms enquiry.
